Summary: Whitebridge is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to join a long-term programme for their client. The role requires a strong background in PMO functions, governance, and financial tracking. The successful candidate will work mostly remotely with occasional meetings at client offices. Immediate availability is preferred for this umbrella-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in a previous PMO role
  • Strong understanding of Programme governance
  • Demonstrable experience in financial tracking and reporting for major Programmes, including budget management and variance analysis
  • Expertise in RAID log management and risk/issue governance
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with experience of prepping board level materials
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
