Position : PMO Analyst – Portfolio Reporting & Governance - Wrike

Location : Remte (W2 only)

JD:

• Clarity reporting aggregation and Value reporting aggregation.
• Content pulls and reporting support for meetings coordinated and supported by stakeholders.
• Support and organize the Change Control Governance Review process with CBPO.
• Facilitate change control reviews and governance activities.
• Conduct Change Control intake reviews.
• Provide intake management support, including triage and filtering of requests.
• Perform daily reporting to identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues.
• Support Data Hub reporting and maintenance activities.
• Create monthly slideware and presentation materials for Portfolio Spend, Value, and Portfolio Review reporting with inputs from stakeholders.
• Manage change control operations within Wrike, including intake management and daily refreshes of Wrike extracts to provide up-to-date portfolio status reporting.
• Facilitate regular Clarity and Pathfinder reporting, consolidating outputs into presentation-ready slideware for stakeholder reviews.
• Develop and maintain monthly portfolio spend and value reports and related content.
