Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of projects and programmes by ensuring consistent processes and high-quality reporting.
  • Track progress, manage risks and issues in collaboration with project managers, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure strong attention to detail.
  • Build effective relationships and support stakeholders across the business.

Key Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build rapport and drive engagement.
  • 2-3 years' experience within a PMO/project support/project coordination role.
  • Experience working within structured delivery environments (Agile or Waterfall).
  • Strong understanding of governance, reporting, risk and issue management.
  • Experience with PMO tools/systems (e.g., Service Desk Plus or similar tracking tools desirable).
  • Ability to work with third-party vendors and delivery partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and data management skills.
  • Awareness of security and compliance policies within project delivery environments.
  • Experience working in teams in an IT service desk/IT support environment is an advantage.
  • A good working knowledge of computer hardware and software related requests.
  • Experience working with 3rd party software/solution providers.
