Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the programme PMO function across 4 workstreams.
  • Maintain governance structures, RAID logs, stage gate reviews, and reporting.
  • Drive efficiencies and ensure alignment across workstreams and dependencies.
  • Support onboarding, set up of PMO structure, and manage the finance PO process.
  • Automate and streamline processes wherever possible using low-code/no-code tools.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, proactively identifying risks and issues.
  • Provide hands-on support and adapt to varying priorities as needed.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a PMO Consultant within large-scale programmes.
  • Background in tax, finance, or compliance projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong governance, reporting, and programme management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience leveraging low-code/no-code solutions for process automation.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and "roll sleeves up" when required.

Salary (Rate): £420 daily
