Summary: The PMO Consultant role involves supporting a large-scale tax reform and compliance programme for a key client, with responsibilities spanning multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the programme PMO function across 4 workstreams.
- Maintain governance structures, RAID logs, stage gate reviews, and reporting.
- Drive efficiencies and ensure alignment across workstreams and dependencies.
- Support onboarding, set up of PMO structure, and manage the finance PO process.
- Automate and streamline processes wherever possible using low-code/no-code tools.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, proactively identifying risks and issues.
- Provide hands-on support and adapt to varying priorities as needed.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a PMO Consultant within large-scale programmes.
- Background in tax, finance, or compliance projects is highly desirable.
- Strong governance, reporting, and programme management skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience leveraging low-code/no-code solutions for process automation.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and "roll sleeves up" when required.
