Summary: The role of Junior PMO Analyst for a GenAI Initiative involves supporting project management tasks within a Generative AI initiative in the Data and Technology department. The position focuses on operational support, communication facilitation, and research in collaboration with global tech partners. The analyst will also contribute to knowledge repository development and manage governance structures. This role offers an opportunity to enhance skills in AI-related topics while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with key operational and PMO tasks in the GenAI domain, including documentation, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and organization.
  • Actively contribute to communication strategies, manage Teams channels, update the intranet, share results during calls, and post content on Viva Engage to support transformation projects.
  • Organize and manage regular meetings and governance structures, such as bi-weekly meetings with Legal and Infosec, and coordinate use case governance calls while adapting to ongoing changes.
  • Conduct research and analysis in the field of Generative AI in collaboration with global tech partners like Microsoft and Databricks.
  • Assist with internal and external communications, including the creation of newsletters, handling client requests, producing program announcements, writing Intranet articles, and posting on Viva Engage.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge repositories and educational materials, review and update existing content, and create new resources.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence, particularly Generative AI, with a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Previous experience within asset or wealth management or the financial industry is strongly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in drafting accurate and clear documents or presentations.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Miro, Teams, Power Platform); experience with automating tasks and using new software is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and propose creative solutions in use case development, process improvements, and prototyping.
  • A proactive, self-reliant working style with excellent organizational and collaborative skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, especially German, would be a plus.

Our Client is looking for Junior PMO Analyst for a GenAI Initiative which will provide an opportunity to up-skill in AI-related topics.T his project is part of a Generative AI initiative situated within the Data and Technology department. It operates as a kind of Center of Enablement for implementing AI technology, focusing on three key pillars: Technology, Governance, and Enablement.

Scope

  • Project Management Support: Provide assistance with key operational and PMO tasks in the GenAI domain, including documentation, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and organization. Act as a support to the Project Lead and manage smaller management responsibilities.
  • Transformation and Change Initiatives: Actively contribute to communication strategies, manage Teams channels, update the intranet, share results during calls, and post content on Viva Engage to support transformation projects.
  • Meeting and Governance Structure Management: Organize and manage regular meetings and governance structures, such as bi-weekly meetings with Legal and Infosec, and coordinate use case governance calls while adapting to ongoing changes.
  • Generative AI Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis in the field of Generative AI in collaboration with global tech partners like Microsoft and Databricks. Produce newsletters on the latest changes in the GenAI ecosystem, including tools, use cases, peer insights, and learnings, while sharing updates on new features within the community.
  • Communication Facilitation: Assist with internal and external communications, including the creation of newsletters, handling client requests, producing program announcements, writing Intranet articles, and posting on Viva Engage. Engage stakeholders to enhance AI product consumption and adoption across the organization.
  • Knowledge Repository Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge repositories and educational materials. Review and update existing content, create new resources, and empower employees to utilize tools, templates, and AI platforms, including advancements and new features from providers like Microsoft and Databricks.
