We are seeking a PM/Business Architect to support the Contract Enablement workstream within Program Phoenix, PayPal's enterprise legal technology transformation initiative. In this role, you will partner closely with Contract Enablement technology leaders, providing structured program management and business architecture support across the Sirion CLM deployment. Responsibilities include maintaining workstream planning and milestone tracking, facilitating cross-functional coordination between Legal, IT, and implementation partners, and supporting key initiatives such as template harmonization, DocuSign integration, attorney routing workflows, and identity/access management design. The ideal candidate brings familiarity with contract lifecycle management platforms, strong business analysis and process documentation skills, and the ability to translate legal and technical requirements into clear, actionable deliverables in a fast-paced, high-visibility program environment.
