Summary: The role of PLM Teamcenter Testing Lead involves leading QA activities and developing testing strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Testing Strategy, Test plan, Requirement Traceability document, and Test environment data set up.
- Conduct various testing approaches including Application Testing, Functional testing, Regression testing, integration testing, and Cross Browser testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication with onsite-onshore regarding deliverables.
- Lead the QA team and manage QA activities independently.
- Utilize testing tools and bug tracking systems effectively.
- Participate in Agile sprints and contribute to compliance management.
- Automate testing processes using Selenium/Java for TestNG framework.
- Implement Page Object Model design pattern in automation.
- Utilize version control systems, build tools, and IDEs effectively.
- Engage with CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins and possess knowledge of Teamcenter.
Key Skills:

- Experience with Selenium/Java for TestNG framework.
