Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting the migration of applications into a hybrid Azure environment
- Designing scalable, secure cloud solutions using Bicep (Infrastructure as Code)
- Defining migration strategies (rehost, refactor, replatform, etc.) across a large application estate
- Working across multiple teams to deliver a fast-paced, coordinated programme
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to engineers and stakeholders
- Ensuring solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, identity)
- Proven expertise in Bicep / IaC
- Experience delivering large-scale cloud migration programmes
- Background working with both COTS and bespoke applications
- Solid understanding of hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud integration)
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Active SC Clearance (must be current and transferable)
- Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipeline experience
- Containers / Kubernetes (AKS)

We’re looking for an experienced Principal or Senior Consultant (SC Cleared) to play a key role in one of the UK’s most significant hybrid cloud transformation programmes. You’ll be helping to migrate a complex estate of applications from a legacy on-prem environment into a modern hybrid architecture spanning on-prem and Microsoft Azure. This is a high-impact role working across a diverse mix of COTS and bespoke applications, delivering real change at scale.
