Summary: The Platform Engineer II - Alvaria Aspect Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining the Alvaria Aspect platform, ensuring system stability, security, and performance through updates and testing. Key Responsibilities:
- Apply Windows OS patches and security updates to Alvaria Aspect servers.
- Perform database updates and schema changes as required.
- Install and configure Alvaria Aspect software updates and hotfixes.
- Conduct comprehensive system testing post-update to ensure functionality and stability.
- Validate integrations and confirm that all services are operational after changes.
- Document test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Alvaria Aspect components.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for escalated support.
