Summary: The role of PLANVIEW PORTFOLIOS consultant involves hands-on experience in the configuration, integration, implementation, and architecture of the Planview Portfolios application. The position requires excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions and a strong background in solution architecture, particularly with Planview and related tools. The consultant will also engage in data management, reporting, and process change management within the context of Planview implementations. This is a remote position for a duration of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, integrate, and implement Planview Portfolios application.
- Serve as a Solution Architect for Planview Portfolios, including Greenfield implementations.
- Integrate Planview Portfolios with Jira and other third-party systems.
- Set up OKRs and AgilePlace within Planview.
- Manage data modeling, reporting, and database optimization.
- Document data models, schemas, and overall data management processes.
- Engage in process documentation and change management.
- Work independently across multiple time zones.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Planview Portfolios application configuration and architecture.
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles.
- Hands-on experience with Planview Enterprise One and other PPM tools.
- Strong understanding of Planview architecture and modules.
- Proficient in SOAP Web Services and RPA tools like UI Path.
