Summary: The role of Physics Masters – AI Training Expert involves collaborating with leading AI research labs to train and evaluate AI models using advanced physics concepts. Candidates will design and solve complex physics problems, assess AI-generated responses, and provide feedback to enhance AI performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Design rigorous physics problems spanning mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, and more
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate strong logical reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of scientific reasoning
- Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level physics topics
- Provide structured, actionable feedback that helps improve AI model performance
Key Skills:
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field
- Strong problem-solving ability across multiple advanced physics domains
- Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating technical content
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- No prior AI experience required
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research (nice to have)
