Key Responsibilities:
- Design, define and guide architecture systems, allowing requirements to flow freely
- Focus on non-functional requirements ensuring security, reliability and performance are considered
- Work with a distributed team across the UK and Serbia and champion best practices
- Ensure coding standards, automated testing and design within a quality first environment
- Focus on any existing technical debt
- Mentor, coach and upskill team members with your technical knowledge
- Work closely with other teams and stakeholders and management to translate and understand ways of working
Key Skills:
- Leading PHP development experience
- Strong knowledge of Symfony / Phalcon
- Expansive experience with Object Oriented languages
- Application of best practices – DRY / SOLID, etc
- Happy to work with JavaScript / React
- Knowledge of APIs and service oriented work place
- Collaborative approach, happy to contribute and engage with senior management
