- Codebase Stabilization: Identify problematic custom PHP code, outdated plugins, and legacy configurations that contribute to website instability, applying fixes as necessary to support ongoing use.
- Content Management Support: Make minor updates to improve navigation and usability where feasible, given the current structure, to facilitate better access for public users and ease of content management.
- Short-Term Maintenance Recommendations: Provide guidance on maintaining the website's operability over the short term, including essential updates and monitoring for potential points of failure.
- Documentation: Document any repairs, temporary fixes, or recommendations for the NCMNS team to maintain site functionality and address minor issues.
