Pharmacy Domain Architect Senior Level || Remote

We are seeking a hands-on Pharmacy Domain Architect with 15-20 years of experience in pharmacy domain data models. This role requires deep expertise across provider and payer environments, strong client-facing credibility, and the ability to lead data modernization initiatives end-to-end.

Domain Background

• Extensive pharmacy domain experience across provider and payer clients
• Proven leadership in pharmacy data modernization transformations (discovery, roadmap, implementation)
• Ability to step into existing delivery teams and establish client trust immediately

Core Responsibilities

• Discovery & Roadmap Leadership: Lead discovery for pharmacy data modernization, build target state roadmap, and develop implementation plan
• Enterprise Blueprinting: Design end-to-end target state architectures for core pharmacy systems and integration frameworks
• Regulatory Governance: Define architecture standards for processing pharmacy and health data under HIPAA and other healthcare privacy regulations

Required Technical Skills

• Healthcare Interoperability: Acute care, primary care, PBM, pharma R&D ecosystems
• Data & Cloud Fabric: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform; platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
• Pharmacy Standards: NCPDP telecom, claims adjudication, formulary & benefit design logic
• Clinical Integration: HL7/FHIR exposure where pharmacy data intersects with clinical systems

Experience

• 10+ years in pharmacy technology with prior architect title
• Big Four consulting background preferred
• Comfortable presenting architecture decisions to VP/CFO-level stakeholders
