Summary: The Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics Intern (CPPI) will engage in research focused on developing a Physiologically Based Pharmacokinetics (PBPK) model for predicting clinical cardiac safety and creating a prototype for an open-source-compatible noncompartmental analysis (NCA) automation toolkit. The role involves close collaboration with experienced professionals in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics throughout various stages of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a Physiologically Based Pharmacokinetics (PBPK) model to predict clinical cardiac safety.
- Create a prototype of an open-source-compatible noncompartmental analysis (NCA) automation toolkit.
- Collaborate with clinical pharmacologists and pharmacometricians during the project lifecycle.
Key Skills:
