Summary: The role of Pharmaceutical Data IT Project Manager involves leading various data-centric projects within a large business and digital transformation initiative, particularly in the pharmaceutical manufacturing domain. The position requires a strong focus on data processes, automation, and interfacing, with an immediate start and remote working arrangements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing data projects and excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have a proven experience in Data projects: Successfully managed and delivered data-centric projects, with a strong preference for experience in the pharma manufacturing domain, demonstrating deep understanding of data processes and workflows.
- Skilled in understanding and refining high-level requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer needs.
- Technical Communication Proficiency: Excellent communication skills, particularly in conveying complex technical concepts related to data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding.
- Have experience in projects building interfaces.
- Have managed at least 5 data projects in Pharma as a PM.
- 10 years of working experience; 3-6 years as IT PM.
- Previous IT Consulting experience, especially in the space of Business integration/EDI would be very beneficial. Previous experience and expertise in Requirement Gathering would be very beneficial.
- Directing, leading and motivating a multi-disciplinary project teams and hold team members accountable to deliver results would be a big part of the assignment.
