Overview:

We are seeking an experienced S/4HANA PMO Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Program Management Office (PMO) practices, governance, and reporting within complex, multi-workstream ERP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage PMO governance frameworks, processes, and templates aligned with program objectives.

• Support program leadership with structured planning, tracking, and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams.

• Develop and maintain multi-level project plans (L0-L4), ensuring alignment between strategy, milestones, and detailed execution activities.

• Drive consistent program reporting and communication routines, including weekly status reports, RAID logs, KPIs, and monthly steering updates.

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for project resources, ensuring compliance with program standards.

• Support financial tracking, resourcing, and change control processes as part of the broader program governance model.

• Facilitate program meetings, manage actions and decisions, and ensure timely follow-ups across stakeholders.

• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to enhance delivery efficiency and risk management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience operating within a Program Management Office on large-scale ERP or S/4HANA transformation programs.

• Strong understanding of PMO governance, methodologies, and project life cycle management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and planning tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, etc.).

• Demonstrated experience in multi-level project planning (L0-L4) and maintaining program-level dependencies.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

• Experience in managing weekly/monthly reporting routines and preparing executive-level dashboards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global program environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in SAP S/4HANA or large-scale SAP ECC to S/4 migration programs.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery models and hybrid governance structures.

• PMO certifications (eg PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent) are advantageous.
