Pharma Data Governance Engineer

As a Data Governance Engineer, you will be a part of an Agile team to work on data governance workflows, Data Contracts, Data products, RACI, Ontolgogy etc., Clarify requirements and guide non-technical stakeholders by translating business needs into actionable data management outcomes

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of Open Metadata tool experience of is a must Technically strong with OpenMetadata tool - especially Collate and has done multiple customer implementations.
• Detailed work experience on data governance workflows, Data Contracts, Data products, RACI, Ontolgogy etc.,
• Clarify requirements and guide non-technical stakeholders by translating business needs into actionable data management outcomes.
• Drive cross functional collaboration across Business, IT, Compliance, and Data Owners within a complex matrix environment.
• Assess and strengthen foundational practices in Data Quality, Data Stewardship, and Metadata Management, including defining pragmatic templates and workflows.
• Support validation and assessment activities through basic data querying/profiling where required Display Good communication skills and should be able to provide 4 hour overlap with EST timings (~09:30 PM IST) OpenMetaData tool with Collate.
• Technically strong with OpenMetadata tool - especially Collate and has done multiple customer implementations Detailed work experience on data governance workflows, Data Contracts, Data products, RACI, Ontolgogy etc.,
• Support validation and assessment activities through basic data querying/profiling where required.

Educational Qualifications

• Engineering Degree – BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
