The candidate should have 5-6 years of experience in performance testing enterprise applications, with strong analytical and communication skills. This position is remote and requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance system performance. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for designing test plans and analyzing results to identify performance bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures for the ODM (Order Management System).
- Analyze test results and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and business processes.
- Identify and recommend performance improvements to ensure optimal system performance and scalability.
- Prepare detailed test reports, summaries, and present findings to clients and internal teams.
- Participate in client meetings, provide updates, and address any technical concerns promptly.
Key Skills:
- 5-6 years of proven experience in Performance Testing with a strong focus on ODM (Order Management System).
- Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or similar.
- Good understanding of performance testing concepts, bottleneck analysis, and system tuning.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and coordinate with distributed teams.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles is a must.
