Performance Tester

Summary: The Performance Tester role is a contract position focused on delivering a critical mobile app program for a leading digital transformation consultancy. The position emphasizes performance testing as a key success metric for the Beta release, requiring the candidate to define user journeys, design testing frameworks, and analyze performance results. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and baseline key user journeys and non-functional requirements (NFRs)
• Design and implement a scalable performance testing framework
• Execute performance tests, analyse results, and identify bottlenecks
• Produce reusable documentation and enable client teams to run testing independently

• Proven experience building performance testing capability (not just execution)
• Strong background in defining NFRs and performance strategy
