Summary: The Performance Marketing Manager at Tribal will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms to enhance e-commerce performance. This role requires a strong focus on data analysis and customer retention strategies, while managing a significant monthly budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage and scale a monthly paid media budget of $50,000+, focused on meeting ROAS, CPA, and revenue targets.
- Conduct deep performance analysis using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and reporting tools.
- Continuously test and refine creatives, targeting, bidding, and placements.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to ensure high-performing ad assets.
- Identify and explore new channels for experimentation.
- Manage automated email workflows and define segmentation strategies in CRM.
- Monitor and improve performance of email campaigns and run A/B tests.
- Contribute to the development of loyalty and retention programs.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience managing performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for B2C or e-commerce brands.
- Proven ability to scale paid media accounts while maintaining or improving ROI.
- Strong data analysis skills, including familiarity with GA4 and conversion tracking.
- Experience with CRM platforms and collaboration with external CRM vendors.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Bonus: Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or affiliate marketing.
