We are seeking a high-octane specialist to own and optimize Google Shopping and PMax performance at a massive scale across millions of SKUs. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a technical marketer who thrives in the detail. You will be responsible for building scalable frameworks, managing complex feed logic, and driving incremental revenue through advanced segmentation and data integrity using tools like Google Merchant Center, GTM, and Channable.
The Role Own the architecture and management of massive PMax and Standard Shopping campaign structures across catalogues of 100K to 1M+ SKUs. Lead the technical health of the Google Merchant Center, including feed rules, diagnostics, and translating commercial margins into feed logic. Drive daily trading decisions by leveraging SKU-level economics, propensity modeling, and performance cohorts to maximize contribution. Maintain tracking integrity across Google Tag Manager (GTM) and server-side tagging to ensure all performance data is measurable and testable. Partner closely with Data and BI teams to implement scalable automation frameworks and reduce budget wastage on low-value queries.
What You'll Need Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Shopping and Performance Max (PMax) with a track record of managing large-scale product catalogues. Advanced experience with Feed Management tools such as Channable or DataFeedWatch to drive performance segmentation. Proven ability to optimize towards profit and contribution-based metrics rather than just standard ROAS.
