Performance Load Test Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Load Test Analyst with strong hands-on NeoLoad experience to perform performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing for large enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance and load tests using NeoLoad.
• Perform load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Test enterprise applications involving SAP, CRM, APIs, middleware, and integrations.
• Test SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, and SAP Datasphere environments.
• Test CRM-to-SAP and SAP-to-CRM integrations.
• Test APIs, batch processing, event-driven integrations, web, mobile, IVR, and chatbot applications.
• Create and maintain NeoLoad test scripts.
• Monitor response time, throughput, errors, resource utilization, and system performance.
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Prepare performance test reports, dashboards, and go/no-go recommendations.
• Support SIT, UAT, PI cycles, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Support performance regression testing and CI/CD integration where applicable.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT testing experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on performance/load testing.
• Strong hands-on NeoLoad experience – Required.
• Experience testing large enterprise applications with high transaction volumes.
• Experience with SAP, CRM, analytics, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong knowledge of load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Experience with API and middleware performance testing.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
