Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end workload modeling and iterative tuning in Performance Engineering.
- Design and execute JMeter tests, including parameterization, correlation, assertions, and distributed runs.
- Conduct performance testing in a PeopleSoft context, with a preference for FSCM/Supply Chain exposure.
- Utilize APM/logs and understand Oracle/SQL Server performance basics.
- Run workshops and guide project managers and executives while partnering with developers for fix verification.
- Teach and establish a self-sustaining toolkit for performance testing.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of Performance Engineering experience.
- Expertise in JMeter and performance testing methodologies.
