Summary: We are seeking a PeopleSoft Test Engineer with over 3 years of experience in testing PeopleSoft applications, including HCM, FSCM, and CRM. The role encompasses both manual and automated testing, along with responsibilities such as test case development, defect tracking, and performance testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and regression testing
  • Perform functional, integration, UAT, and performance testing
  • Create and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, QTP, or PTF
  • Validate data using SQL queries and track defects in JIRA/ALM
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams for issue resolution
  • Support deployment and production release activities

Key Skills:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft testing and architecture
  • Hands-on knowledge of Selenium, QTP, or PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF)
  • Strong understanding of manual & automated testing methodologies
  • SQL knowledge and defect management experience
