Summary: The role of PeopleSoft Security Lead involves overseeing the design, implementation, and management of security for PeopleSoft systems within healthcare IT environments.   • Develop and maintain security documentation, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to security analysts and administrators on PeopleSoft-related projects.
  • Work closely with internal audit, compliance, and legal departments to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide security initiatives.
  • Coordinate with IAM teams for integration with single sign-on (SSO), LDAP, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) systems.
  • Support application upgrades, patches, and PeopleTools updates by analyzing impacts to security configurations.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft security administration (HCM, FIN, SCM preferred).
  • 3+ years in a lead or senior-level security role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of PeopleTools, security tables, and query-based security analysis.

**Remote, W2 Salaried Consulting Position, 2-year contract, must be able to work PST hours

CTG is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Security Lead with strong expertise in healthcare IT environments to oversee the design, implementation, and management of security for PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and/or Campus Solutions systems. This role is critical in ensuring that patient, financial, and employee data remain secure and compliant with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and internal risk management protocols.
