Summary: The role of PeopleSoft - Qgenda Integration BA/QA involves supporting business analysis and quality assurance tasks for the integration of the Qgenda Scheduling system with PeopleSoft Time and Labor. The position requires experience in Qgenda and related timekeeping systems, with responsibilities including data validation, test case creation, and defect management. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Denver, Colorado. The contract duration is for 9 months, starting immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support BA and QA tasks for integration of Qgenda Scheduling system with PeopleSoft Time and Labor.
- Support data reconciliation and validation between Qgenda and PeopleSoft.
- Define data integration requirements, including data mapping, transformation, and validation rules.
- Create detailed test cases covering inbound/outbound integrations, business rules, and exception handling.
- Validate scheduling data, time entries, premiums, and labor rules flowing from Qgenda to PeopleSoft.
- Log, track, and manage defects through resolution in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
- Coordinate closely with integration developer and PeopleSoft functional lead.
- Develop and execute test plans, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot integration issues and work with technical teams to resolve defects.
- Document integration flows, configurations, and process changes for audit and support purposes.
