Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap planning for Payroll and Absence Management
  • Translate business and compliance requirements into clear, actionable product initiatives
  • Drive initiatives from concept and requirements through delivery and adoption
  • Partner closely with Client Center operations, campus payroll leaders, HR, IT, and governance bodies
  • Balance system-wide standardization with campus-specific operational needs
  • Ensure alignment with client policies, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide leadership and direction across cross-functional teams, influencing without direct authority
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with executive stakeholders, operational leaders, and technical teams
