Key Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience with document management, relational database systems, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM module and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Prior state government experience and high-level PeopleSoft certifications (nice-to-have).
