Summary: The role of Sr Peoplesoft HR Developer involves enhancing and supporting the Benefits module within PeopleSoft HCM in an on-premise environment. The developer will be responsible for configuration, customization, and integration tasks, ensuring compliance with benefits regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop PeopleSoft HCM applications, with a focus on Benefits Administration and Base Benefits, using PeopleTools 8.58.03 and PUM 34.
- Support and enhance Open Enrollment, Life Events, eligibility rules, event maintenance, and dependent benefit elections.
- Customize delivered PeopleSoft functionality as needed, including Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, SQR, and Integration Broker.
- Design, develop, and maintain inbound/outbound vendor file integrations using XML, flat files, and secure transfer protocols.
- Partner with HR and Benefits teams to gather requirements and implement scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Participate in PeopleSoft upgrades, tax updates, patching, and retrofitting of customizations aligned with Tools 8.58.03 and PUM 34.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain technical documentation, including configuration workbooks, design specifications, and test scripts.
- Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA regulations in system design and functionality.

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM in an on-premise environment.
- 5+ years of experience specifically with the Benefits Administration and Base Benefits modules.
