Job Title: PeopleSoft HRMS
Location: Remote
Duration: Long term
Position Summary: Bridges functional HR configuration and hands-on technical development
Key Responsibilities
spans both sides: functional (requirements gathering, module configuration across Core HR/Benefits/Payroll/Time & Labor/Talent) and technical (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR/BI Publisher, Integration Broker)
Required Qualifications
10+ years techno-functional PeopleSoft HCM experience, PeopleTools proficiency, SQL, integrations, upgrade/patch support
Preferred Qualifications
Fluid UI, Global Payroll/ELM/ePerformance exposure, PUM/Change Assistant, public sector experience
Work Environment: Fully remote, with occasional travel.
