PeopleSoft HCM Technical Developer (Independent Consultants)

Summary: Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Technical Developer with expertise in SQL, PeopleCode, and related technologies to develop and support customizations and interfaces. The role requires a strong understanding of Payroll, Tax Updates, and Benefits processing. The developer will work closely with functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs and troubleshoot related issues. This position is fully remote and targets independent consultants with significant experience in PeopleSoft HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support PeopleSoft HCM customizations, interfaces, and reports.
• Build and optimize SQL, SQR programs, and Application Engine processes.
• Troubleshoot HR, Payroll, and Benefits issues and provide technical solutions.
• Work with functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Support upgrades, patches, and payroll/benefits processing cycles.

Key Skills:

• 7+ years PeopleSoft HCM technical experience.
• Handson expertise in SQL, PeopleCode, App Designer, SQR, Application Engine.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll and Benefits tables and Tax Updates.
• Experience with integrations, CI, file layouts, and performance tuning.
