Summary: The role of Peoplesoft HCM Technical Consultant involves providing backfill support for a complex PeopleSoft Human Resource Management system and related web applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide backfill support for the PeopleSoft Human Resource Management system and related web applications.
- Utilize People Tools, including App Designer, People Code, Application Engine, SQR, and Data Mover.
- Set up security and utilize PeopleSoft Test Framework.
- Perform reporting using PeopleSoft reporting tools such as Query and BI Publisher.
- Support HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Self Service functionalities.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in People Tools: App Designer, People Code, Application Engine, SQR, Data Mover.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL.
- Experience with PeopleSoft reporting tools: Query, BI Publisher.
