- 5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll techno-functional experience.
- Strong experience with Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Compensation, Workforce Administration, and Self-Service.
- Hands-on expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, File Layouts, Application Packages, AWE, and PeopleTools.
- Experience with Integration Broker, REST/SOAP interfaces, Excel-to-CI, BI Publisher, PS Query, SQR, and nVision.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll processing, reconciliation, taxes, deductions, year-end activities, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience supporting SIT/UAT, production issues, RCA, PUM updates, upgrades, retrofits, migrations, and deployments.
- Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL and PeopleSoft security experience.
- Excellent requirements gathering, functional documentation, stakeholder communication, and Agile/ITSM experience.
- Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
- Experience with Fluid UI, Dashboards, WorkCenters, Global Payroll, and Benefits/ACA is preferred.
