Summary: The role of a Peoplesoft HCM Payroll Developer requires over 7 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, particularly in Payroll and Time & Labor/Absence Management. Key Responsibilities:
- 7+ years of PeopleSoft HCM (9.x) development with deep Payroll plus Time & Labor/Absence Management exposure.
- Hands-on expertise with PeopleSoft development tools, languages, and integration technologies; strong Application Engine and SQL skills.
- Oracle ecosystem proficiency: Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL; BI Publisher.
- Fluid/UI tooling familiarity: Tiles, Related Content, Event Mapping, Page & Field Configurator.
- Experience preparing technical designs and test plans; proven ability to translate functional needs into scalable solutions.
- Track record on at least two large-scale, multi-site implementations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication; ability to convey complex details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
