Job Description
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules, business process analysis, system configuration, implementation, and production support.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consulting.
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
- Hands-on expertise in one or more of the following modules:
- Core HR / HRMS
- Payroll
- Benefits Administration
- Time and Labor
- Absence Management
- Global Payroll
- Talent Management
- Recruiting / TAM
- Performance Management
- Compensation
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and workflows.
- Experience with full lifecycle implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and support.
- Experience creating BRDs, FDDs, test plans, test cases, and UAT documentation.
- Experience working with technical teams on integrations and interfaces.
- Knowledge of PS Query and SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
