Summary: The PeopleSoft HCM Consultant role involves leading the implementation of PeopleSoft 9.2 Absence Management with Payroll integration, designing functional and technical solutions, and providing technical support for PeopleSoft applications. The consultant will also manage change requests, provide production support, and develop project documentation while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This position requires extensive experience with PeopleSoft modules and SQL scripting. The role is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of PeopleSoft 9.2 Absence Management with Payroll integration.
- Design and develop functional/technical solutions for PeopleSoft enhancements.
- Translate end-user requirements into PeopleSoft configurations and customizations.
- Provide technical support for PeopleSoft application design, development, and testing.
- Manage change requests and recommend process improvements for PeopleSoft.
- Provide production support and resolve problem tickets for PeopleSoft applications.
- Develop and maintain project technical documentation and conduct user training.
Key Skills:
- 5 or more years of functional/technical experience with Absence Management and Payroll.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM modules, including Fluid UI.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Absence Management module implementation.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Payroll integration.
