Summary: The PeopleSoft HCM / CAPPS HR Functional Analyst role requires a skilled professional with extensive experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 HR modules and Texas statewide CAPPS environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 HR module within CAPPS environments.
- Support Texas state agencies in alignment with applicable State of Texas policies and federal labor laws.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations while coordinating and managing vendor deliverables.
- Develop WCAG 2.1-compliant documentation and ensure accessibility standards are met.
- Support data integration, data quality management, and SDLC processes across HR systems.
- Participate in CAPPS program functional project management activities and statewide initiatives.
- Support CAPPS Central production and expansion activities across 100+ agencies and multiple hub instances.
- Assist with issue resolution, testing, and production support activities in HR environments.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data synchronization between CAPPS and SPRS systems.
- Support customer-facing activities related to CAPPS expansion and agency onboarding.
