Role Overview
Looking for a PeopleSoft HCM & Campus consultant with strong knowledge of PeopleSoft data attributes, business processes, and REST API integrations. The consultant will work closely with an identity/integration team to explain PeopleSoft data and recommend integration approaches.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong PeopleSoft HCM experience at the data attribute level
- Understanding of PeopleSoft HCM data structures and business processes
- Experience with:
- Onboarding
- Offboarding
- Effective Dating
- Withdrawals
- No-shows
- Multiple/Concurrent Records
- Hands-on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions experience
- Understanding of Campus data attributes
- Strong understanding of the relationship between PeopleSoft HCM and Campus
- Knowledge of REST APIs
- Understanding of REST API capabilities in PeopleSoft HCM and Campus
- Experience with Identity Integration / IAM is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Work with the Identity team to explain PeopleSoft data attributes and structures
- Explain HCM-to-Campus data relationships
- Identify and evaluate available REST APIs
- Recommend solutions for identity/data integration
- Support the team during RFP/oral presentations
- Provide consulting and solution-design support during the follow-on implementation
