- 5+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM techno-functional experience.
- Strong experience in GL, AP, AR, Billing, Asset Management, Purchasing, eProcurement, Expenses, and Project Costing.
- Hands-on expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Packages, PeopleTools, Fluid UI, and Integration Broker.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, BI Publisher, PS Query, SQR, Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
- Strong understanding of accounting processes, financial close, reconciliations, and controls.
- Experience supporting SIT/UAT, migrations, PUM upgrades, retrofits, deployments, and AMS.
- Strong requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
- Cloud experience with OCI/Azure/AWS and Supply Chain exposure are preferred.
