Summary: The PeopleSoft FSCM Consultant will analyze, develop, and implement solutions to enhance system functionality and streamline processes in a remote capacity. The role involves managing contract module enhancements, coordinating ACI payments integration, and addressing production issues. The consultant will also facilitate project coordination and maintain documentation throughout the contract duration. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft FSCM and strong technical and soft skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Module Enhancements: Adjust approval workflows and improve contract module functionality.
- ACI Payments Integration: Serve as the primary point of contact for the ACI integration project, coordinating between internal teams and external vendors (e.g., Mastek).
- Priority Enhancements: Implement small improvements to the Finance Module to enhance daily operations.
- Voucher & Budget Journals: Ensure Travel Authorization ID is stored with Employee ID in General Ledger entries.
- PUM Updates: Retrofit critical components, provide test scripts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Production Issue Management: Perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, and monitor system integrity.
- Project Coordination: Facilitate weekly meetings, act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, and maintain project documentation.
