Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 from on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft Azure, including planning, environment provisioning, data migration, testing, validation, and production deployment.
  • Assess and implement technical and functional changes required to optimize PeopleSoft for cloud performance, scalability, security, and availability.
  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Oracle SQL, batch processes, integrations, and system performance in cloud-hosted environments.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, database, application development, and business teams to deliver migration milestones, improve sprint velocity, and reduce project backlog.
  • Provide post-migration support, performance tuning, documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentoring to internal IT teams to ensure long-term operational success.

Key Skills:

  • 7–10+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM, including administration, architecture, and technical support.
  • 3+ years of experience leading or supporting PeopleSoft cloud migrations, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, or cloud optimization initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or supporting cloud-hosted PeopleSoft environments.
