PeopleSoft ERP Analyst

Summary: The PeopleSoft ERP Analyst role is a remote position focused on implementing, upgrading, and maintaining PeopleSoft ERP systems, particularly in HRM and payroll modules. The candidate will provide both functional and technical support, ensuring effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams. Strong communication and technical writing skills are essential for documenting processes and managing change requests. Experience with the Texas Workforce Commission's PeopleSoft HR system is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing/upgrading/maintaining PeopleSoft ERP systems
• Providing functional and technical support for PeopleSoft HRM version 9.2
• Implementing or upgrading the payroll module in PeopleSoft HCM
• Conducting fit/gap sessions and detailed deliverable documentation
• Documenting change requests and verifying code changes with the technical team
• Managing multiple responsibilities and collaborating with various groups
• Utilizing strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Producing technical documentation

Key Skills:

• Experience with PeopleSoft ERP systems
