Summary: The role of PeopleSoft Developer involves providing development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for URI's PeopleSoft environments, specifically in modules such as Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, or Campus Solutions. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development and advanced proficiency in various PeopleSoft tools and technologies. The developer will work remotely and must possess excellent customer support and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for PeopleSoft environments.
- Support one or more PeopleSoft modules: Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, or Campus Solutions.
- Utilize advanced proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, SQR, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, BI Publisher, and SQL.
- Support PeopleTools upgrades, patching, and system migrations.
- Deliver excellent customer support and problem-solving assistance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently as required.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in PeopleTools and related technologies.
- Experience with PeopleTools upgrades and system migrations.
- Excellent customer support and communication skills.
