Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end migration of PeopleSoft HR applications from one cloud platform to another (e.g., AWS to OCI, Azure to Google Cloud Platform, etc.)
  • Perform database cloning, backup/restore, and environment refreshes across dev, test, and prod tiers
  • Optimize Oracle database performance, indexing, and tuning for PeopleSoft environments
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to configure networking, load balancing, and security policies in the target cloud
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and rollback strategies during migration
  • Support patching, upgrades, and People Tools version alignment
  • Document migration steps, configurations, and post-migration validation procedures

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft DBA, with at least 2 successful cloud migration projects
