Summary: The Peoplesoft Core HCM Lead - Position Management is responsible for leading the functional aspects of a project focused on position management within Peoplesoft Core HCM. This role involves designing and configuring position management, leading testing, and assisting with training while collaborating with project management and technical resources. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Position Management Strategy Definition (Full vs. Partial Position Management).
  • Lead and Configure Position Attributes (departments, job codes, reporting structures).

The Role

Peoplesoft Core HCM Position Management Lead to lead the functional portion of the project. They will also actively execute project tasks such as designing positions and how the client will use position management, configuration required to implement position management, lead testing, assist with training. They will work with Client's PM and Technical resources to design and implement position management.
