Summary: The PeopleSoft Consultant role is a remote position focused on leveraging strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll modules, particularly in testing procedures within an agile environment. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring high-quality system applications through extensive testing and documentation processes. Candidates should possess analytical skills and experience in incident resolution and report development. Prior experience with PeopleSoft Payroll applications is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive testing of PeopleSoft Payroll modules in an agile design, build, and test mode.
- Analyze integration test performance and data.
- Communicate effectively to ensure high-quality system applications.
- Document processes and maintain documentation such as functional requirements, project plans, and defect documentation.
- Provide regular status updates and presentations as required.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION & MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:
A.Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll modules with in-depth experience with testing procedures and processes. This role requires heavy testing experience in an agile design, build, and test mode. B.Possesses extensive understanding of integration test performance and data analysis. C.High level of analytical and problem-solving skills. D.Highly communicative to ensure high-quality system applications. E.Ensure processes and documentations such as current procedures review, functional requirements, project plans, meeting minutes, defect documentation, system changes to application programs, system diagram, regular status updates, presentations etc., are conducted at the level appropriate for the project.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five years of experience in incident resolution, report development, testing, assisting with enhancement and upgrades. SQL and Query Skills preferred. Preferences: Prior work experience on task-relevant knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll applications
