Summary: The role of PeopleSoft Consultant involves extensive experience in implementing PeopleSoft ERP, HCM, and Time & Labor modules, particularly in government or regulated environments. The consultant will be responsible for various roles including project management, financials, HCM, technical development, and data migration. Strong expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 or higher is essential, along with a solid understanding of data migration, configuration, testing, and training. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing PeopleSoft ERP, HCM, and/or Time & Labor modules
- Leading full-cycle PeopleSoft implementations
- Project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
- Providing expertise in GL, Billing, Receivables, Payables, Project Costing
- Configuring pay rules, time entry, scheduling, and payroll integration
- Environment setup, patching, PUM, and performance tuning
- Creating custom reporting solutions and conducting data migration
- Planning and executing testing, including defect management
- Conducting end-user training and managing change adoption strategies
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience implementing PeopleSoft ERP, HCM, and/or Time & Labor modules
- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 or higher
- Prior experience in government or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of data migration, configuration, testing, and training
- Proficient in PeopleTools, App Engine, SQR, nVision, XML Publisher
- Experience with upgrades, retrofits, and customizations
- Skilled in end-user training and change management
- Experience with Azure DevOps for test planning and execution
- Strong in ETL, data mapping, and legacy system integration
