Summary: The role of PeopleSoft Consultant involves extensive experience in implementing PeopleSoft ERP, HCM, and Time & Labor modules, particularly in government or regulated environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing PeopleSoft ERP, HCM, and/or Time & Labor modules
  • Leading full-cycle PeopleSoft implementations
  • Project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
  • Providing expertise in GL, Billing, Receivables, Payables, Project Costing
  • Configuring pay rules, time entry, scheduling, and payroll integration
  • Environment setup, patching, PUM, and performance tuning
  • Creating custom reporting solutions and conducting data migration
  • Planning and executing testing, including defect management
  • Conducting end-user training and managing change adoption strategies

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience implementing PeopleSoft ERP, HCM, and/or Time & Labor modules
  • Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 or higher
  • Prior experience in government or regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of data migration, configuration, testing, and training
