- 5+ years of experience in digital accessibility and WCAG compliance
- Proven experience conducting WCAG 2.1 AA audits and gap analyses
- Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools, such as:
- Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, Siteimprove (or similar)
- Experience with screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver)
- Strong understanding of:
- HTML, CSS, and front-end accessibility principles
- ARIA standards and semantic markup
- Experience working with enterprise applications (ERP, SIS, or large-scale web platforms)
- Ability to produce clear, structured documentation and remediation plans
- Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (highly preferred)
