Summary: The PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Functional Resource is responsible for leading discussions with Subject Matter Experts, conducting fit-gap analyses, and facilitating the adoption of Fluid UI and accessibility updates within the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system. This role also involves supporting integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud and collaborating with the technical team to enhance system functionality. The individual will play a crucial part in implementing new features and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards. Additionally, they will help stabilize the team amidst a heavy workload and staff turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep expertise in all major PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules (Registrar, Admissions, Student Financials, Financial Aid).
• Understanding delivered functionality in PT 8.61 / PUM 36 and helping to reduce customizations.
• Leading conversations with functional SMEs and performing fit-gap analysis.
• Guiding Fluid UI adoption, accessibility updates, and module redesign efforts.
• Supporting integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud and collaborating with the technical team.
• Completing Phase 2 of the Fluid implementation.
• Retiring classic pages and eliminating surviving customizations.
• Addressing accessibility compliance by April 2026.
• Supporting new Nelnet payment integration (TouchNet replacement).
• Maintaining and enhancing existing APIs connecting PeopleSoft Campus Solutions to Oracle Cloud.
• Stabilizing the team with senior-level expertise due to heavy workload and staff turnover.
